4 DAY - THE GARDEN ROUTE

Day 1: GARDEN ROUTE (OUDTSHOORN) (D)

Our journey starts from Cape Town and we travel through some breathtaking rustic mountainous and verdant valleys of the Western Cape

At Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo , we visit the Cango Caves, a great natural wonder and the longest underground cave sequence in the world.

Accommodation: Hotel / Guesthouse

Day 2: GARDEN ROUTE (OUDTSHOORN - KNYSNA) (B / D)

Oudtshoorn has 97 percent of the world's Ostrich population. On our visit to a working Ostrich Farm we learn about these fascinating birds.

We travel over the Outeniqua mountains to George and Knysna.

Day 3: GARDEN ROUTE (KNYSNA - TSITSIKAMMA) (B / D)

We explore the stunning coastline of the Garden Route, known for its dense evergreen rainforests and white sand beaches, with ancient waterways making their way down to the Indian Ocean.

We visit Tsitsikamma, Wilderness and Knysna and enjoy a leisurely sunset cruise and dinner aboard the Paddle steamer on Knysna Lagoon.

Day 4: GARDEN ROUTE (KNYSNA - CAPE TOWN) (B)

We travel back to Cape Town via Mossel Bay & Swellendam arriving in the late afternoon
