4 DAY - WINELANDS ROUTE

Day 1: CAPE TOWN - STELLENBOSCH

Depart Cape Town and drive via the coastal road out to Groot Constantia and Buitenverwachting for wine tasting in the Cape area.

Continue our journey via the Baden Powell Drive to Somerset West, where we will enjoy lunch on the well-known and second oldest farm in South Africa: Vergelegen. After lunch we enjoy wine tasting.

Travel to Stellenbosch and book in at our hotel / guesthouse in the heart of Stellenbosch.

Day 2: STELLENBOSCH (B)

After breakfast you have the opportunity to explore historical Stellenbosch before we start the "days work" - wine tasting on selected farms and according to the wishes and tastes of our guests.

We visit 3 farms before lunch - could be Rustenberg, Tokara, Ernie Else, Annandale, Bon Foi, Overgaauw, Warwick, Simonsig, Kanonkop - to mention just a few!

Enjoy lunch on a wine farm, before a wine tasting and cellar tour in the afternoon.

Day 3: FRANSCHHOEK (B)

Today we concentrate and visit 2 wine farms in the Paarl Region - if interested, with a cheese and wine tasting - Seidelberg, Fairview, Glen Carlou, Plesier de Merle - these are the popular ones.

Continue our journey to Franschhoek with lunch in the village - overlooking the valley of Franschhoek

Afternoon: Enjoy the village of Franschhoek - Then wine tasting.

Overnight in Franschhoek

Accommodation: Hotel / Guesthouse

Day 4: FRANSCHHOEK - CAPE TOWN

We depart from Franschhoek and travel via the Franschhoek pass to Hermanus - on the way, we will visit Paul Cluver Estate and in the Hermanus region, we will visit Hamilton Russel and Bouchard Finlayson - 2 of our top wine farms in the region.

Enjoy lunch in Hermanus with sea view!

The afternoon is at leisure to explore Hermanus before traveling back to Cape Town
