Tanzania is home to one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth: the annual
Great Migration. Spend two nights at Lake Manyara, in a tree house nestled deep
in a mahogany forest. Visit Lake Manyara National Park and catch a glimpse of
its renowned tree‑climbing lions. Transfer to the Serengeti National Park and
spend four nights at the Tanzania Under Canvas wilderness campsites. These sites
move around the Serengeti, following in the footsteps of the animals – two
nights will be spent in the Grumeti area and two nights will be spent at Klein’s
Concession. Safari concludes with two nights at Ngorongoro Crater, with a game
drive along the crater floor and optional excursions to Olduvai Gorge, a Maasai
village or Empakai Crater.

1/2: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Upon your arrival at Arusha Airport you will be met by a safari representative
for your scheduled flight to Manyara Airstrip. Daily flights depart at 08:00
and 14:30. At the airstrip you will be met by a representative from Lake
Manyara Tree Lodge for your game-drive transfer of approximately 3 hours to the
Lodge
Spend two nights at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge. Accommodation is in a tree
house nestled in boughs of mahogany trees with en-suite bath, double basin, w.c
and outdoor shower. Your stay is on a full board basis including scheduled
activities and park fees.
Activities include game-drives in Lake Manyara National Park
Day
3/4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK, GRUMETI AREA
Enjoy an early morning breakfast before your transfer to the airstrip where you
board your scheduled flight to Grumeti Airstrip. On arrival you will be met by
a representative from Tanzania Under Canvas for your game-drive transfer to camp
Spend two nights at your Tanzania Under Canvas wilderness campsite.
Accommodation is in a tent grandly furnished with en-suite double basin, w.c and
open air shower. Your stay is on a full board basis including scheduled
activities and park fees
Activities include game-drives in the Serengeti National Park
Day
5/6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK, KLEIN'S CONCESSION
Enjoy an early morning breakfast before your game-drive transfer
to the airstrip where you board your scheduled flight to Klein’s Camp. On
arrival you will be met by a representative from Tanzania Under Canvas for your
game-drive transfer to camp
Spend two nights at your Tanzania Under Canvas wilderness campsite.
Accommodation is in a tent grandly furnished with en-suite double basin, w.c and
open air shower. Your stay is on a full board basis including scheduled

Day
7/8: NGORONGORO CRATER CONSERVATION AREA
After breakfast enjoy a game-drive transfer to the airstrip where you board your
scheduled flight to Manyara Airstrip. You will be met by a representative from
Ngorongoro Crater Lodge for your road transfer of approximately 2 hours to camp
Spend two nights at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. Accommodation is in a
sumptuous double suite with en-suite hand basins, bath, shower and private w.c.
Each suite is tended by a butler. Your stay is on a full board basis including
scheduled activities and park fees
Activities include one game-drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. Additional
activities may be booked directly at the lodge, subject to extra cost and
availability of vehicles. Such activities include excursions to Olduvai Gorge
and Shifting Sands, a visit to a Maasai village and walks at Empakai Crater.
Massages are offered for those who need to relax after a day’s game-viewing

9: ARUSHA
Enjoy breakfast before your transfer to the airstrip where you
board your scheduled flight to Arusha. Daily flights depart at 11:35 arriving
at 12:00. On arrival safari ends
